Q. Do I need annual maintenance on my furnace or boiler?

A. Yes.  Each season the average furnace or boiler will run about 2000 hours.  The energy consumption of a unit that is not well maintained can increase.  With the lack of maintenance, you may also see increased rust & corrosion, scale, soot & dirt deposits, environmental pollutants, increased levels of Carbon Monoxide (CO), poor performance of the heating system, and potentially higher repair bills.
